Welcome, and thank you for taking part in this short survey from Know Wear, a new cap brand in development. We're creating a design-led cap brand that features original embroidered artwork by up-and-coming illustrators. As part of our commitment to supporting the creative community, each illustrator will receive 25% of the proceeds from every cap sold that features their design.

We’re inviting you to share your thoughts to help shape the final product – and as a thank you, (with your agreement) you’ll be entered into a free draw to win one of our first limited-edition caps. If you’d like to be entered, complete the survey and fill-in the optional questions at the end. Please note: the cap will be manufactured and shipped several months from now, after the brand is officially launched.

Know Wear Survey Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

  • The promoter is: Know Wear (UK), a business registered in England and Wales.

2. Eligibility

  • The prize draw is open to UK residents only, aged 18 or over.

  • Employees of Know Wear or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible.

  • One entry per person.

3. Entry Period

  • The prize draw opens at [insert time and date] and closes at [insert time and date].

  • Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

  • Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

  • To enter, complete the Know Wear survey at [insert link] and include your name and email address.

  • Only completed surveys with valid contact details will be entered into the prize draw.

5. The Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive one Know Wear cap featuring an exclusive embroidered artwork design.

  • The winner will be able to choose from one of the first production run designs, subject to availability.

  • The prize will be posted to the winner once production is complete (estimated late 2026 or early 2027).

  • No cash or alternative prize is available.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  • The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.

  • The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 14 days to claim the prize.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within this period, another winner may be selected.

7. Data Protection

  • Your personal data will be used only to administer the prize draw and will not be shared with third parties.

  • All email addresses collected for this draw will be deleted within 60 days of the draw closing, unless you have opted to receive updates from Know Wear.

8. General

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this prize draw if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

  • This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
